How to initiate a return

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow the steps below.

Request a return

Visit our return portal to start the return process. You will need the order number and email address from your order confirmation email.

Generate your return label, then prepare your return package. Pack the item(s) securely in the original shipping box and seal it tightly with tape. Drop off the package at your nearest DHL location.

Important return information

If a photo is required for your return, your request will be sent for manual review by our team. If approved, you will receive a confirmation email with your return label.

Items must be in their original condition, unworn and undamaged, and in their original packaging.

We recommend using a trackable service with insurance in case of loss during transit.

Return timeframe

You must return your items within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund. Returns received after this period will not be processed.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued within 5 business days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
